Why there is no mod with a car?

Did I miss something? I tried to find a mod that will allow to drive not a truck but some small car or a van just for fun but I failed to find any. I know the game is about trucks and goods delivery but I wish I could have a trip through the game world driving some normal car. I am not a moder myself so I just wonder maybe somebody already made a mod like this and if nobody made it yet I wonder why - is it impossible or just nobody wants it?

The search function isn't very good in the Steam Workshops especially with ATS. I do believe this is the only car mod available in the workshop unless a few more are buried but there are a few more on external sites.

I found Chevy and GMC vans, downloaded them, and installed them. I can't find the vans at truck dealers. How can I fix the problem?

hello,when you open your "purchase truck dealer"did you have trying using the "Acces mod dealer" or just like buying online?

I tried buying online but I don't see the vans that I downloaded and installed. I don't see "Acces mod dealer. On the left side of the map of truck dealers, there are four truck dealers but I can't select the bottom one with picture of three trucks. There are no question mark icons on the map.

Hello,if you have mod truck,car,vans,etc installed.You should have in "truck dealer"',on the right,you have buy online,visit selected dealer,you supposing to have Access Mod Dealer.

There is no "mod" dealer. A truck mod, just like the trucks in-game, will have a designated dealer that will sell that truck. And that bottom button, is to show "all" dealers and not filter by any of them.

If you're not seeing your mod(s) in any dealership, then perhaps the mods are outdated and do not work with the game version you are running.

The trucks that I'm trying to buy are Chevy Express 3500 V1 ATS and GMC Savana vans. In Mod Manager, both show green lights. Freightliner FLB show red light. If the vans are not compatible with ATS V1.35, there should be red lights.

If the mod author does not include a line in the manifest telling the game which version it supports, then the game assumes it works. You can't trust the green light in Mod Manager.

That Chevy mod is from Dec 2016, can't even find a "GMC Savana" mod...
