DLC's Not Appearing in Steam after Purchase
Hello everyone. I have purchased the latest DLC maps, Heavy Cargo, and Forestry DLCs two days ago. When I go into the steam store, it says my these DLCs are in my library. When I go to look at "View Downloadable Content" it doesn't show them in the list. Any ideas??

When you select the game in your library, are the boxes checked in the dlc window?

No, they actually aren't even appearing there which is the weird thing. However, when I go to the steam store, it is telling me that they are already in my library.

In that case you may want to go to Steam Options (top left)/settings/downloads and clear your download cache. Also while in there have a look at the other options and see if they are to your liking.

I imagine you've restarted Steam in the last couple of days?

If that doesn't work.. Right click on the game title and under the local files tab - Verify integrity of game files.

Already have tried both of those, restarted steam and the computer several times. Still nothing. Steam support doesn’t seem to be very helpful either.

Hate to ask the obvious, but have you done a reboot?

You looked on your download page (Top right-ish)? I initially thought that's where you looked when you said downloadable content. If it's not in there, I'm afraid I'm all out of options. A Search for downloads not showing up in steam, is the last thing I can suggest...

In the main Steam window...
Upper-right corner...
Click your username and pick "Account Details"
On the next screen click "View Purchase History"

Are your purchases for these DLC's listed there?

If the transactions are listed you can click each one and the next screen will let you either:
"I have a problem with a product in this purchase"
or "I would like a refund"

You can then complain that you were charged for the purchases of the DLC's but they are not showing in your account.

That should get someone's attention.

Yeah they are listed there, I only submitted a support request for one of them. Maybe I should do all of them so they get several alerts.

Try closing Steam and go into where your Steam folder is and delete the >appcache< and restart Steam.

Yes, I have rebooted several times, the entire PC including Steam.

The only other thing I could suggest is to, contact Steam Support.

I had a problem recently with a purchase of a DLC and the payment had not gone through properly and although it showed as purchased it was not available. Check to see if your payment has gone through or not. There is a waiting period for the payment to process and when that period for payment expires the DLC's will become available to purchase again.

I actually wonder if that's it. My CC statement shows "Pending" however the Steam history says "Purchased". I never had this issue in the past, usually when I buy it the game/DLC becomes available immediately.

It was the first time it happened for me as well. If you purchased the DLC's 2 days ago then that waiting period will soon expire if the payment has not been processed.
