Suddenly unable to bind keys to G29 buttons

This is a new problem. Had a lot of keys bound to buttons on my G29 wheel, worked fine. After several updates, they stopped working. When I go into keyboard control options and attempt to input a control button key binding, nothing happens. The same thing works fine for me in ETS 2. Cannot find a solution.

Same issue on my thrustmaster everything works as should but can not assign buttons any more

Chances are a dev will not reply to you.

Did you assign any keys through the Logitech Control/Gaming Software or whatever it is called?

If you did...i highly suggest getting rid of those bindings.

I have a G29. What I did:

1. In Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) selected All G-keys>Use Default.

2. In ATS, Options>Keys & Buttons and assign your G29 buttons there. Either as Primary or Secondary (I used Secondary).

Another thing that might be messing with the buttons is the options under Steam>Settings>Controller>General control settings, uncheck everything there (unless you absolutely need it for another controller)

Problem solved!! I needed to add another controller in the Controls menu. First controller-keyboard and g29, Second controller-G29. That allowed me to set up from ingame keys menu
