how do I find the lights to put in the side marker spot for the trailer so I can make the lights that i put on my trucks?

I started to read your assortment of words but I gave up trying to understand the precise requirements. So I went with the start "trailer lights", skipped all the confusing bits in the middle and all that was remaining was the question mark.

So if you don't want lights for your trailer then don't read any further or you'll get lost.

Select the trailer in the Trailer Manager then on the left select Configure.
Up the top of the page are your upgrade categories.

You can't select the type of lights on the trailer; you only get the two generic SCS options.

After re-reading your post, Big T light and beacon pack mods works great. There another light pack mod to that are very good. I believe you can find them both on steam workshop.
