MHAPro Map Paid Version Question

It cost about $3 to get access to MHAPro map mod Paid version, now do I have to pay $3 everytime MHAPro Map updates, or do I have lifetime access to Paid version?

I know somewhere before I buy Paid version, it said make sure to save the link for future downloads, just don't know if updates count.

MHApro is a ripoff. I contributed to that a***s work when he said by donating that you would get lifetime updates for free only to the loser to back pedal on what was quoted at the time.

I immediately filed a complaint with Paypal, who agreed with me and was refunded as I had pictures from the website on the date I made the purchase.

My recommendation: Stay as far away from MHApro and his greediness.

I also wish the mod author told us, in more detail, what we get when I get Paid Version. Not just a few cities and roads, but which cities and what not.

Ok I saw this on my download, my question is what is included and excluded from the free vs the paid version? That’s what he doesn’t list. He just says some more cities, which ones. Maybe I am overlooking something in what you messaged or you overlooked my question.

You asked what you get in the paid version. What you do not get in the free version I do not know.

For $3 bucks what you get isn't bad at all. His work is quality and I have had zero issues unlike the free map mods out there. I too was very hesitate to spending money on mods outside of SCS. On his website, he explains all the information thoroughly as to what you get with each version. Then again, I am on the SCS forum and it has more support that here on Steam to know what you are getting into.

3 US dollars for a map? sounds fine to me. 3 us dollars for a map and 3 dollars again to keep ti working every time the game updates? Doesn't sound palatable to me. I have no idea what it will end up costing in the end.

I understand making a map for a game that gives you new work every time they update may be frustrating if you're trying to have your time compensated in some way for this work.Regardless, the pricing structure is one I wouldn't buy into.

in the free version you don't get any of the cities he has mentioned i have started a game and it shows none of the added cities. that's what you get

As @flight8050 said, I think that you get good value for your three bucks, I'd hardly call it a ripoff. I've seen other opportunities to spend money for ATS enhancements that were less satisfying. If you don't want to pay the three bucks for updates, don't.
I totally get what AyMazingATS is saying above, if you're promised free updates and the seller backs out on the promise, that's unforgivable.
I don't think I was promised free updates, and so if I don't get them I'll probably just pay up again.

It worth the money to pay. I have it all the time ! I’m hoping he make a new one. For new DLC that’s coming out I’ll pay for it.
