Roof Lights

I have a Volvo 670. Put nice big white roof lights on the roof by the air horns. The thing is I can't turn them on. Does anyone which key to use?

if you hit F4 it brings up a menu of lights and what not gotta make sure the roof light are checked then hit ESC and hit turn ur regular lights on then hit K
