Unable to Hook/Couple Trailer
I'm driving one of the standard trucks that is naturally in the game, Kenworth W900, something like a 6x4 300 gallon chassis.

When I back up to hook up a trailer, even getting it damn near spot on, I can't get far back enough to actually couple the trailer.

Anybody else having this issue or know how to solve it?

I have this issue when I have certain trailer mods enabled. I haven't been able to narrow down which on (or which combination) causes this. When I disable all trailer mods, the problem goes away. I've also noticed that the landing gear animations (legs up/down, turning handle, etc) are getting broken as well.

When I have the time and the ambition, I'm going to start a new, clean profile and test each of my favourite trailer mods one at a time and see if I can find the offender.

Launch game and Go to OPTIONS-GAMEPLAY-TRUCK SETTINGS- and uncheck Advanced Trailer Coupling (if checked). This helped me because I use giant tires.

At a guess - either a non-updated trailer mod that doesn't support Advanced Coupling or a truck mod that raises chassis height in some way (eg. tyre/wheel mod with higher profile tyres or larger diameter rims etc).

Either way it will be a mod, not the game (potential bugs notwithstanding).

Yeah, most definitely this will be the case.

Isn't that in multiplaymod you're speaking about now with F7?

No, F7 is the way to call for a tow. Usually don't need it unless you're truck is out of fuel or no longer on its wheels. But you can use it whenever you want. Even from the parking lot of the Repair Shop. :P
