Timezones
I turned on the box that supportes timezones. Does it change something already or is it something for the future ?

Because after crossing the border Arizona/New Mexico, the time did not change and so far as I know, new mexico has a different time zone ?

NM is 1 hour ahead on Cali, NV, and Arizona. Arizona is on MST, which is the same as PDT. NM is on MDT.

I've just drove from Clovis to LA and the time went back 1 hr for me, so it does work I think.

Yes, it gets really confusing because Arizona doesn't change their clocks, so part of the year they are the same as Pacific Time Zone and the rest of the year they are the same as the Mountain Time Zone. Not sure how they've modeled it in ATS.

There is also a Timezone check box in the settings, you may want to make sure that it's ticked.
Mine wasn't by default... :steamsad:

Actually, it's even more confusing, since parts of Arizona, which belongs to Navajo tribe, does have DST. So, it proves very interesting difficuties for SCS to implement in ATS.

Texas is Central time expect for far western portion of the state around El Paso. Arizona tried daylight savings back in 1967 and decided nah, will keep standard time all year it because of the heat and sunset wont be till close to 9pm.

A pity that if Timezones are enabled, time is being displayed as UTC. I'm afraid I don't find a lot of sense in that.

Edit: actualy, it was Real Fuel Prices Live mod that caused this.

Only the northwest corner of AZ and NM has the time change in effect.
