WoTs register ETS2 and ATS problem

I have had a ETS2 account for a long time. When ATS came out, I was not able to add the ATS to my WoTs account, and had to creat a new account. So now both ATS and ETS2 are connected, but to different accounts. I would love to combine the accoutns, but cannot figure out how to, nor can I release ETS2 from the the link in order to re-register it to the same account as the ATS account.

At the Profile Selection screen click Edit and then enter the other account credentials.

"Already connected to another account" This is what I cannot get past. I cannot figure out how to disconnect it from that other account n order to merge it.

That's a message you would get from World of Trucks when attempting to create another account on their site using the same Steam account.

When you're changing the credentials are you clicking Register or Apply button? You want to use the Apply button.

I get that message when I attempt "Connect games to your World of Trucks account". I have another WoTs account that the other game is connected to.

You've already got games connected, you don't do anything else on the WoT site. To have your game Profile use a WoT account, you enter the WoT account credentials in the Profile Selections screen in the game.

Also wondering how you managed to create two accounts at World of Trucks for the same Steam account. You should have gotten that message when you were connecting ATS back when it came out.

When I started ATS, all I did was enter my existing WoT credentials when I created Profiles for ATS. There was never any issue.

When I try to edit it in the game profile, I get a message saying: "This game is not registered to this online account"

Can try sending an email to [e-mail] detailing this problem and see if they can help you merge those WoT accounts. Still not sure how you managed to create two of them for the same Steam account.

mine say american truck Already connected to another account and i only have 1 account WOT account wtf and i only have one steam account

Are you putting in the correct details? While you are in ATS the details to connect to WOT is using the WOT password and not the Steam password.

yaa i log in to my WOT account and go to ATS and steam thing comes up i click on it and it says t american truck Already connected to another account i have my ETS connected to my WOT but ats wont connect

Linking WOT is done from ATS. You start ATS then you select to link your game to WOT. Put in your WOT details and it should link.

If anyone ends up here... here's a solution: You have to click register after editing ur ingame profile. Then you have to chose "World of... Existing User", then "Account Options" and there you can add ATS to ur acc with ETS2.

i did this but when i go to account options it says i can connect ats with my steam account which i have already tried and it just says 'already connected to another account'

seriously how is this still not i am having the same problem more than a year later, i never made a WoT account to begin with. and so its asking me for logins i have never made.

And support will not respond to my email and non of the topics seem to have a solid solution that works.

A bit confused... If you've not made a WoT account, then you'd not be able to link your game profile(s) because your WoT account doesn't exist.
