Yes it is on th 40 east of Albuquerque. It is the side road on the south side of the highway. You have to drive at 45mph and run you tire just over the white line to hit the rumble strip....

I watched a youtube video that says it was designed wrong and because of that the real one is off a note.

New Mexico is right but California is wrong. And it's not off by a note but by the tempo.
