Do you prefere real companies skins or fake skins

i like real company skins and i like single player because i can use mods to make the game more real i do play truckermp but its not as real and i use map pro more real the game looks the better

I use a REAL Company and Gas Stations mod on ATS so all the Companies and AI Trucks and Gas Staions have REAL names

No, we want fun. It doesn't have to be a real company to be fun. In fact I'd rather have all fake companies if realism meant that walmart was in the game.

Yeah, I really don't care. I am fine with either fictional or real companies. I do like to keep it vanilla to a point since the names are pretty entertaining.

I love realism and like to see Walmart rather than Wallbert so I use a real company and trailer mod. I also use a realistic gas station mod and many other mods which make the game feel more realistic.

I had over 1,300 hours in ETS2 before ATS was released and had never used any mods at all. The realism as far as companies etc. never really concerned me because I didn't know the European companies anyway. The trucks were real enough with the branded names except for the fake brands which changed later. I did hate the fake branded trucks. Now I do use mods to give ETS2 even more of a realistic feel to the game with similar mods I use in ATS.

Now I use anything which gives the game realism and love the fact these mods exist and am always thankful to the modders for making them available.

However, as margalus said, to some people it doesn't really matter. The game is great whether you use a realistic company and trailer mod or not. It just gets down to what you prefer. Now I use mods, I love anything which adds realism to the game. :)

If you are using the 1.29 beta then it may have something do with that. I am not using my reastic company and trailer mod with the 1.29 beta and I have a separate realistic gas station mod which I do use in the 1.29 beta without problem.

Some things are changing when New Mexico is released and one of those will be company names so that is the reason I have not used the realistic company and trailer mod.

The mods need to be updated to work in the 1.29 beta or may not work and could cause crashes to happen if they are added.

I barely see the trailers or logos so it don't bother me. But I wouldn't mind if they were real.

The trailers you haul change names to real companies. The companies you pick up from change names to real companies. You would see them. :)

Thanks for posting this. I was using the Grimes mod and a couple of other mods which are included in this mod. So now I will change to using this mod.
