They said that the New Mexico DLC will be ready for release some time in Q4 2017.

Since when has any developer not meant 'Last week of Q..' when they predict a release date. I'm assuming a Christmas release. And just bought Battlestar Galactica Deadlock to tide me over.

This is what I see on their blog:
"The release of latest ATS map expansion is planned for the 4th quarter of 2017."
Don't see "last week of.."

He was being facetious... sorta. Since most devs wait till the last possible moment of whatever month or quarter that's specified, if no date is given. A LOT do that.

Something not being taken into account is what "last quarter" means. Most business quarters are not the same as a real years quarter. They didn't actually say if they meant the quarter as in normal year or quarter as in fiscal quarter.

But... "4th quarter of 2017" is pretty standard as being "the last 3 months of 2017", regardless of a company's fiscal alignments or partitionings.

If we want to nitpick, then they are just "planning" the release for Q4. So it might as well be Q1 2018. :steammocking:

What they mean is "it's out when it's out". Probably/possibly later this year. And you'll know when it's out, when it's on the store page and they make the announcement that it's out. This is when you can buy it. Why anything else would be relevant, i don't understand.
