Bad advice he doesn't have to do all of that. Simply delete the mod in question and the issue no longer exists.
OP said he removed the mod and the problem persists...
That certainly is bad advice. He *should* just need to sell & re-buy the problem vehicles. Deleting a profile is a recourse of last resort (besides you can, if you know what you're doing, use that profile's savegame to transfer relevant data to a new profile savegame to recover a good deal of progress).
However, simply deleting a mod certainly doesn't solve all mod related problems, depending on just what the mod actually does. Profile savegames retain individual truck accessory data (which also includes truck sounds despite these being explicitly defined by the engine accessory).
Truck accessory data includes *everything* that the game can 'bolt' onto a truck, even those which may never actually appear as a customisable option in the shop. Interiors are one of those things.
In the OP's case, deleting the mod is exactly what has *caused* this little problem. The problem *can* be resolved without selling the trucks by simply editing the profile savegame, however 'one does not simply edit savegames' - It's an involved process that requires some understanding, or study.
