For exits that ramp up with heavy cargo DLC you want to keep enough momentum to get over the hump, but not so much that you miss the stop or turn. Do you have some low rider mod?
I suspect it is a mod.
Edit: This is a good cheat mod to use for a new profile. I use it for a test profile. Just activate it when you set up your profile. Then park a trailer for the xp, wait until the bank offers enough to buy a truck, buy a truck and then deliver a trailer for the money. Then de-activate the mod and then unsubscribe from the mod. There is your profile with plenty of money and xp.

Mod issue. Two things immediately come to mind - Either your lowered truck is causing ground contact somewhere along the combination or else a physics mod.
As many others post before me, most likely the culprit is a mod.
