Mod Manager
Is there a mod manager to see what mods are installed? im sure ive seen one in game or maybe i imagined it lol

It's literally in the game when you load it. The same screen as your profiles, to the right.

when u just open the game, after when the game sais scs software and american truck simulator, mod manager is written on the page where your profiles are right above the buttons new profile, delete profile, and edit profile. In other words it's on the page where your proifliles are
