The N14 sounds amazing IMO
You can edit the sound level of the wind and the tires in your config to lower them if you want a louder engine sound
uset s_interior_volume "1.0"
uset s_wheel_noise "1.0"
uset s_air_noise "1.0"
Note this is the config file in your profile (not the general config file in the ATS root folder) and if you haven't played in there before, make a copy before changes so you can revert back to the way it was. These numbers can be less than whole, i.e. 0.54 etc.
Thanks for the info.
..
Ok, thanks!
also, this config is inside Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles\#numbers# ?
You're welcome
Correct, if you have more than one profile just look at the last save date to find the one you are currently using.
I mean, really? KK says he doesn't mind because it is an old sound pack.
Currently he's working on a new DD60 engine and probably coming up to sound pack v3.0 soon.
But yeah, nobody makes better engine sounds for SCS games than Kreichbaum. He da King.
