Coastline Mining frustration
Am I the only who manages to get stuck on their access ramps constantly? My trailers always get stuck while trying to get over them. Not like their their roads aren't claustrophobically small to begin with...

At this point it makes me wanna skip all jobs to their quarries :(

They are difficult to begin with especially if you have a long chassis. In time you will get used to them and approach them in the right way so you do not get stuck. It just takes practice and it is easier in a day cab.

By the way, they are meant to be difficult and I do think they have made them a bit easier than what they were.

Just to add: If you save your game before making a pick up or delivery you will be able to load that save game if you get stuck so you can try again.

I like them, it is one of not many places where your maneuvering skills matter the most.

In these cases you really have to think of your truck as a long real life truck. Take a wide turn with it so your truck is more lined up with it. (You can see from Ginger that even with a massive load it can be done)

In some cases they are even more tight than that screen from ^^ and when you pass over them, sometimes you'll have to continue straight a bit almost to the wall and another wide turn, to make sure your trailer clears the ramp. Use your mirrors, make sure they're adjusted properly like you would in real life. You can also use the zoom function to look closer at the mirror image if it's hard to see things. That way you can keep an eye on the end of your trailer to see if it's going to hit the side of the ramp or not, and adjust your truck accordingly. It'll take time and practice.

Of course if all else fails you should just select camera 2 (I think) which is outside your cabin and actually maneuver it in that way, but if you'd like to keep the realism I'd probably keep that option as a last resort.
