By the way, they are meant to be difficult and I do think they have made them a bit easier than what they were.
Just to add: If you save your game before making a pick up or delivery you will be able to load that save game if you get stuck so you can try again.

In some cases they are even more tight than that screen from ^^ and when you pass over them, sometimes you'll have to continue straight a bit almost to the wall and another wide turn, to make sure your trailer clears the ramp. Use your mirrors, make sure they're adjusted properly like you would in real life. You can also use the zoom function to look closer at the mirror image if it's hard to see things. That way you can keep an eye on the end of your trailer to see if it's going to hit the side of the ramp or not, and adjust your truck accordingly. It'll take time and practice.
Of course if all else fails you should just select camera 2 (I think) which is outside your cabin and actually maneuver it in that way, but if you'd like to keep the realism I'd probably keep that option as a last resort.
