How to get the achievements if you maxed out pre-patch

Just open up the ability page in the store where you'd normally upgrade it (and the button says "MAX RANK" or whatever instead of "BUY"), and it'll give you the achievement. It'll also update your progress on the achievement to where it should be, if you're midway through upgrading an ability.
