RC Controller setup (OpenTX on Taranis)

Has anyone gotten this to work with a proper RC Controller? Games does see the controller and I can assign axis but the input values are all wrong, so it's impossible to fly.

I managed to set it up, but it was a real pain.. Its basically trial and error until you get it to work.. going back and forth from the game to the setup screen..
