This, unfortunately is a regressive addition in this patch and very very bothersome.

For example this Loyalty Club's timing is very off. The game is stale, people have left to play other games as we have ran out of things to do. You are planning a big update with Elderwood, but you push this Loyalty out before Elderwood? It stinks..
Ideally, you'd have been better off pushing it out together with Elderwood, which would have brought back more players, but what the Hell do I know, except that I feel like your priorities are influenced by financial greed and this leads many games to their demise.
Fix your game. Actually fix it. Listen to the playerbase and use them as inspiration for what you can add. The store skins have gone down in tremendous quality since the studio was sold off. That's expected nowadays but still sad. This though? This is just blatant greed.
