Need more clothing options for GENERAL public - aka those not buying out of pocket
Hey there... just a thought for the Devs... could we please see more stuff for the general public in the way of clothing items rather than all the great stuff you can BUY with YOUR REAL MONEY. It would be nice to do something good for us poor folks. Seriously though.. you should consider the other players - not just those with money.

Yeah ... all you've got is the 'starter clothes' .... no clothing is really unlocked for progressing through the game and it's all $8-$24 clothing packs/sets .... this is the reason they were bought out ... the old Devs got money hungry and were burning through their 2 million $$$ from their Kickstarter and could only design clothes... and even the clothes they added were .... Niche Use at best...

They release Partial Tool Skin Sets... Bleh ....

Right? Exactly. Every update is "Oh we have new clothes!" and it's all PAID stuff. Nothing for the average joe.

Only thing they need to do is make the game worth playing and spending money on. If you don't want to spend money on the game, that is up to you but until you work for free, don't expect others to.

Yeah, I didn't say they'd work for free, but thank you for being rude. I said they need more options for the other players. Having people fork out money is all well and good, but you need ALL players for a game to be a success - paid or otherwise.

would love to make my own clothes etc other than furniture is why i stopped playing for a while i bought a few time but this round andi highly doubt i will buy anymore coin from them and i doubt they even see our suggestions unless its about the palia store and i would of loved to make hay stacks for the yard as well

You can earn nothing in this game for your character except some name decorations. Instead of making everybody happy and adding things to work towards for everybody, paid and free, they treat folks that don't spend money as nameless npcs, filler in the empty world of Palia.

After losing so much money and workers they still won't consider selling costumes in separate pieces. You think they'll go as fas as adding earnable clothes? They'll just put out some outfit to earn through some campaign like twitch drops to make you shut up (this was the Nintendo campaign last year). And if you miss that one you got no free froggy sweater! Remember what Palia devs said, you'll never have FOMO in Palia! Oh wait...

I agree to a point, but I also want them to be able to fund this game so we don't run into days like this where the thing is down all day - most likely due to some cost cutting.

its a free game ...they have to make money somehow ....running servers creating new content take time and money.....free games make their money by selling items .

Yes, I understand that. I also feel they won't need to put anything into a game if all their players leave because they're being left out. <shrug> It was just a suggestion. As someone else said - they probably won't see it anyhow.

Until they expand the storyline people won't play or buy.

Tailoring needs to be a thing; make our own clothes. :)

It would be cool if you got new outfits for upping your friendship and romance levels with Jel. Would make sense, too.

Honestly the starting cosmetics aren't that bad at all, but they really should add earnable cosmetics similar to Runescape capes at least. Maxing a skill and getting hats (or capes uwu) instead of just trophies could be a super fun way to show off individual interests better while still being simple. The fact we can't craft clothing is also a HUGE missed opportunity, as that was one of my favorite pastimes in ACNH and even the focus of some mobile fashion games. There's such limited fabric options between fur, silk, cloth, and leather anyways, so they could make a simple set or two of each that mixes well with the current f2p cosmetics, and if they wanted to make it a bit hard still they could require a high friendship with Jel so it's actually something people need to work for and would encourage more dedicated playerbases.

That would be just perfect. I mean why having a tailor with his own shop in town when it's just to buy the premium clothing from him? There is no real use for him and his store in my opinion. So devs PLEASE give us some other options or at least the possibilities to EARN clothing from the premium shop via playing instead of paying money for it

I don't understand people. The game is FREE. There aren't any "packs" that need to be purchased to have additional experiences like with the sims - the updates are FREE as well. The NPCs treat you exactly the same whether you have a paid outfit on or not. The outfit is literally just for you.

A game like this would be between £20-40 if it was priced competitively. I would go as far as to argue everyone who enjoys it should be spending at least £20/$20+ because its a GREAT GAME that took time and effort to make. And people should be paid for their work.

If you are cheap (and expect everything in life to just magically be free) just say that. But charging for outfits in a FREE game, is the very least they could do for some income. Have you heard of gratitude before?
