Unable to pick up the second part of the Onion Soup "grocery list" quest item

Anyone else run into this in the "Half Boiled" quest where you cannot pick up the second part of the "grocery list" up from the ground in Bahari Bay?

I've found the mound with the F prompt for "A Very Old... Grocery List?", but when I press F to pick it up, it gives a boop sound with a featureless red bar (no error message or anything) and fails to do anything.

Obviously a bug, but has anyone run into it before or found any workarounds?

"A Very Old... Grocery List?" is a Recipe for Macarons! I think you can start it on the Mixing table.

When I get the effect you mention, with the red error, it's because I've already completed this quest and the quest-spot is still there.
It's possible you're still on the quest or have already completed it?

Ohh, thanks for that! Yeah, I'm still on the Macarons quest as well, but I thought the pile in Bahari Bay was the Onion Soup one once I'd stumbled on it, cuz I didn't expect a different pickup to still be there once I'd already picked it up.
