Cerulean Cicadas are too rare to be classified as uncommon

Please allow us to track them with the Buzzy Jar. They are not uncommon at all, they are a lot rarer than that. They also share the same spawn time and location as the Common Bark Cicadas so they have a reduced chance of a spawning as a result as well. We can't force summon them with a honey lure either. Classifying them as rare would really help.
