What after "Order is served"?

So I have finished "Your Order is served" quest - I got the video when Subira comes to the town.
What now? From what I am reading, I should got another quest "Extravagant Expectations" but I didn't. Subira is not in Inn. I did complete Shepp quest also.
What am I missing?

If I remember correctly Eshe should invite you to some gathering to welcome Subira before she pops up inside the inn. She will then ask you to meet her in her room and from there you can talk to her daily.

Solved it: I didn't have any notification about new mail (the red flag on my mailbox was lowered). There was a message from Eshe which started the quest (and many other mails....)
