Like A Bird Quest Gone/No Glider

I finished gathering the materials for the Like A Bird Quest and it just completely vanished. Not completed, not unfinished, Najuma isn't saying anything about it, and I never got my glider or the other rewards. Not in my inventory, not in my storage, nothing, just never got it and the quest is just gone.
I haven't found anything about this error and I'm a relatively new player and so far 20 hours of this game is going down the drain.

I was able to complete the quest for Najuma to craft it, it shows completed under quests but no glider was ever slotted/pinned or put in inventory. I’ve contacted support but feeling super bummed
