Controller issues
I'm playing on pc with a Xbox 360 controller. Mostly it works fine, though for some things you do need a mouse or the keyboard. But every once in a while, without any reason I can think of, suddenly some of the controller functions no longer work.

A few examples:
- While cooking: one need to press 'A' to cut vegetables. With the first it works fine, with the second... nothing happens and I need to use the mouse.
- While foraging: cutting trees and picking rocks as usual, every now and then (I think mostly after using the glider), I end up empty handed. Literally. I can't get any tool from the selection wheel into my hands. No matter what I choose. I have to exit the game and get back in, which is incredibly annoying while in the middle of a flow grove... (It might be possible to switch to keyboard/mouse at that point and save me the pain of exiting and re-entering the game, I've never tried that, never thought of it in the heat of the moment). Everything else seem to work, I can still run around, even pick up loot.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issues.

I'm going to check if I can work around the issue by using mouse/keyboard. If it's the same as the cooking problem, there's a chance all will be good after a couple of clicks. If that doesn't work, I'll submit a bug to let the dev's know you're not the only one having those problems.
I have the same issue but if I use my glider it fixes the issue on my Xbox controller.

That's a tip worth checking out! Thanks!
I cant even get the A button to opening chat. Have you been able to remap that?
I've noticed that problem too. And, the solution seem to be the same to that one: jump, use glider and try again.

I had the same problem with the X box controller. I solved it by disabling the controller's vibration.
Ohw, I'm definitely going to try that! Thanks LucyLee!
