Snake plush item not in any vendor stall?

I don't know if I'm somehow missing it, but I've looked at every vendor at least 10 times but I can't figure out who sells the snake plush in the Luna NY event.

Am I supposed to do something to unlock it or is this possibly just a bug in my game?

I've finished Chayne n Zeki's quest, done the chaapa chase, and played a ton of hotpot. I even went and banged on the drums lmao.

Please help a moron out.

at chappa drop off is a sign. it is a sales point. open to find sneaky snake.

There is a biggish sign next to what's her names stall ... the mayor's daughter? its inbetween her and the chapaa drop off pen .... click on that, and it will open up a "store" page.

Yeh i kept missing that store too thinking maybe I needed the coins to get the snake but thankfully that isn't the case. Hope they bring back older items. I saw people hard massive dragons on their plots and yet this market has small and tiny ones.

you get the big dragon by playing hot pot in the underground. have to win coins you can use on a wheel down there and the big prize are some massive plushies.
