Why can´t i use Tamala´s Cauldron if i got all ingresients ? anyone knows

It been broken for 3 months (or longer?) and no fix in sight. I am taking a break from the game until these issues are addressed.

I also had no issues receiving and completing this quest after the patch that cause everyone's reported issues.. did you start the quest while wearing Tish's Pin, and wear the Pin for the duration of the quest? I'm wondering if there's some undisclosed pre-req and it's not actually a bug.. or maybe there's something allowing us to work around the bug..

While I don't see how the relationship pin could be connected to the friendship quest, I thought of that possibility because I was wearing her pin when I maxed the friendship level, accepted the quest, used the cauldron, and completed the quest. However, not that I think about it, I'm wondering if the fact she was my first max out friendship quest and I completed it before maxing out anyone else might have something to do with it..

For the people that aren't experiencing the bug- You should be able to use the cauldron after you complete the quest Mysterious Brew. After you get the key to Tamala's room you will find a paper in it that will start the quest. You won't even need to ask her permission to use the cauldron after you finish Mysterious Brew. At least I didn't.

Unfortunately, some people have already done Mysterious Brew and the cauldron just won't work. It has been broken for a while for them.

WOW this would be super ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of them wouldnt it? Why would they screw the majority of us out of being able to finish this quest and 2 others that are hanging on this quest? Idk that doesnt really make sense to me, but I do find it interesting that 2 of you are claiming you were able to finish it and so many others of us were not.

I don't have Tish's pin. I did have a full friendship with Zeke, Reth and Tish.

For some people, they have full friendships with all the characters and all the quests completed and the cauldron cannot be interacted with. :( If that is the case for you, you may wan't to upvote the bug page on the palia site and consider sending a support ticket.

They already know it's broken. S6 has acknowledged it many times. It is posted on their known issues page. There is no need to send in a support ticket anymore. Over 700 people already did and they still haven't fixed it.

I have a question about this. Has anyone tried to abandon the quest and redo it?

Work on Tamala until she gives her key > enter bedroom > search for "Mysterious Brew" recipe > approach Tamala with recipe and she will allow access to cauldron.
Before making Mysterious Brew, make the one for Tish, without Tamala's knowledge.
The cauldron stays hot, and you can proceed with Tamala's Brew.
