Gifting to a player?
I'm very new to the game still so maybe it's not yet unlocked, but is there a way to gift to your in-game friends (not villagers, players) other than fulfilling requests? I have certain furniture and decor I think they'd love but I can only give them ingredients and things...

Sadly no, other than using the plushie trading post in the Underground the only way to give anything to other players is through filling requests. I feel your pain--there's so much decor I want to gift to my wife!

I saw someone include the option for joint/combined home plots for a similar reason. Definitely a feature that would be popular for folks looking to play true co-op.
