extravagant expectations bug

I got the quest and went inside, after speaking with eshe i was teleported into the party where i went and spoke to subira. she asked for me to talk to her again and i did which went fine. my pc then crashed and i've tried loading the game today after the update so ican complete the quest. but it's asking me to talk to subira again, and when i do, nothing happens. I'm stuck on this quest and i cannot proceed further. theres no abandon quest or restart quest option and apparently this is a very big bug in the game that still isn't fixed?

I want to play the game, i want to continue the story but i can't being stuck on this. does anybody or even the devs have an answer? because according to the internet this has been an issue for a year now and nothings been done about it. i can't play the update if i'm stuck in a bug thats still not resolved
