Game won't run

When i launch the game I get a loading screen, and then after a time the screen goes black. I don't even get a chance to log in, I don't get to confirm my character, I cannot access settings, and I cannot switch from full screen to windowed. I have seen some online say that this kind of bug is caused by not having a headset plugged in, having a headset plugged in, does not help. others say, press alt enter to switch to windowed mode, it does nothing for me. Whats more, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked file integrity, it fixed nothing. Any ideas?

I am frustrated, no game update, no pc restart, but the problem seems to be resolved??? I turned off overwolf, but without turning it back on i have no confirmation that its the culprit. So, my problem is fixed, but i don't know why...

Then turn overwolf back on and see if the issue comes back?

Turned overwolf back on, and was able to get in no problems... I am still clueless, and annoyed, though i am able to play the game, I do not know if it will do this yet again sometime later down the line.
