Trading with my friend

I graciously offered to help remove the trees and rocks from my friend's lands, realising after that I couldn't put stuff in his chests, nor trade it back to him in the underground.
The land outside his plot is completely cleared out because of my idea, and I'm trying my best to give back to him. Is there any way to help him out?

you cant give it back to him by now, its yours for the taking unless he requests it. (but can only do like 10 rocks, 20 wood or something small like that so its not worth it) if anyone wants to do anything like this in the future make sure to party up beforehand, then you both get the loot and stay close for extra drops.
