Glider isn't unlocked despite completing the quest

Does anyone know how to fix this bug? I've completed the 'like a bird' quest but can't use the glider despite many trials. It says "equipped" on my wardrobe but at the same time it says i haven't completed the quest (I have).

I also thought that it does not work. I had it in my backpack slots instead of in the inventory. Further, I had to "activate" it in the wardrobe manually, so check if it has the green tick there.

After I did this, I was able to use it

This happened to me as well. Completed Like A Bird quest, but a glider never appeared in my inventory, and when I go into the wardrobe, the glider icon is gray and says I still need to complete the Like A Bird quest. Super disappointing.

Just commenting to note, it does not fix even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game

GLIDER FOUND!! It was in my chest! I clicked on it and the wardrobe note that I hadn't completed like a bird updated!!

Why don't you just use the edit button instead of triple-posting?

As QueenOfShadows said, a lot of people are having the issue where it's located back at the storage on your home plot. I had that issue too. Not sure why, but at least people are getting their gliders lol
