Whispering Banks Palvilion Chest
This chest seems to have a big white snow ball thru the middle of it. No matter how many times i try to re-position myself the loot button doesn't pop up. i know i haven't looted this chest before because the other chests i have looted don't show up in game.

It looks more like they're locked for a future patch.

I had later figured this out when i collected a chest and it spawned with the snow ball thru it.
