Can't pick up quest item - TATTERED SCHEMATIC
I found the tattered shematic on the ground but when i interact with it, a little empty message box appears and nothing much happens.
I can't pick it up, can't start the quest.
Does someone know what to do?

I think you took it already or it is a piece from finished quest or the one that was not started yet. I found 3 things like this: the one you saw, the one before Temple of Waves door and the one with three wishes at little temple in Kilima. All we can do is ignore it.
