Flametongue Ray

Is there someone who has caught Flametongue Ray ?
I am fishing for days now in Kilima rivers during the morning with glow worms, eating trout dinner, several boosters and fisherman's brew.

Yes. I've caught it. The normal one wasn't too bad but the star quality one took ages to get. Just keep trying. You don't have to use the food or brew but it doesn't hurt with making it easier to reel in.

Where did you find it? And in the morning or day? I need it for the bundle, it's the only item that I haven't got. Should be really nice if I can close that.

I caught on too, you'll find it in Kilima rivers, using a glow worm in the morning and day.

I caught both of them around 6 am in the river that runs behind Ashura's inn. Just remember it's a rare fish. You just need to keep fishing over and over to increase the odds you'll get it to spawn. It can spawn after 3 am so get started as early as possible and run up and down the river fishing as much as you can. Bring loads of bait.

Also caught mine behind Ashura's Inn. It took forever. I haven't reeled in a star quality one yet, but here's hoping! I hope you catch one soon!

Recently completed the achievements and my aquarium.. I noticed a trend with almost all of these exclusive/rare fish.. I fish throughout the duration of their availability and get nothing till the final hour or two.. That doesn't mean show up in the final hour and start fishing for a couple minutes though, cause for all I know there could have been a timer requisite that had to be met before the fish became available.. in which case starting to fish in the final hour likely would not register the fish as eligible until after time had passed..

Just get there at 3am and keep fishing till 6pm.. Kilima rivers, glow worm bait.. I caught mine in the big pool by the waterfall near the shrine.. there's a piece of building or structure protruding out in the water that you have to jump out onto and that's where I caught my star quality flametongue ray..

Thank you for the screenshot! I stood there for days catching the same fishes but not the Flametongue Ray! Eventually I caught it behind Ashura's Inn.
