Tamala's Cauldron

Why has Tamala's cauldron not been fixed yet? I have a quest related to it that I haven't been able to turn in since the last patch, over a month ago atp. When I saw the new patch drop, I got excited thinking that I would finally be able to complete this quest but no, it's still bugged. I don't really keep up with discussions or announcements for this game so I might be out of the loop with this one. Is there a reason it hasn't been fixed yet?

You, me, and probably 600 people have this same issue at this point. We have all send in tickets and we all got the same response. They say its a known issue and they are looking to fix the issue. No one knows what it caused or why it hasn't been fixed yet. I have been keeping an eye out for any updates on this matter for almost a month. The devs have not reached out on this either, so no one knows.

I am having the same issue. More or less done with all other quests.

It's pretty irritating to not being able to finish these quests that are stuck on the cauldron....

Oh, ok, I didn't know it was a bug, that just happened to me too. Let's hope a fix patch, 3 quests are blocked... They surely have already much to do, but I really hope they'll find a way to fix it too !

I hope they will fix this one in the next patch. Its taking too long.

I am having this same issue. But another player could do it, I tried doing what they said which was to just press F and it'll interact anyway but it still didn't with me so maybe it's a permissions thing?

No, it is definitely a bug. I have also spoken to people who had no issues with the quest. I did go to Tamala first because I thought I had to ask permission as well. She does respond to the question to use her cauldron. But gives a very unexpected answer. Nevertheless, I am not able still to use the cauldron, like 700 other people by now I suppose.
