Log in error code 403

They've removed the maintenance message but i get a Log in error code 403.
I dont know what that means there is no explanation...does anyone know or have this also?

I am getting this: failed to copy C:\Users\katja\AppData\Local\Palia\Launcher\Next\PaliaLauncher.exe to C:\Users\katja\AppData\Local\Palia\Launcher\PaliaLauncher.exe
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (os error 32)

Mine shows its doing a 14.66 GB patching now. So maybe it just wasnt ready yet.
Let's HOPE they fixed what we all need to progress in this game, and ofc the chat also

The game doesn't open for me either. It's a black screen that appears with an error message

Starting Steam as administrator solved the problem for me...
