Game crashing

My game has been crashing since the latest patch update, sometimes I get online and play for max 15 min before crashing completely, and as of now, it crashes at loading screen. Has anyone else been experiencing the same? It displays the following text: "An Unreal process has crashed: UE-Palia" :(

Did this and still crashing. can't even get to the character select screen now. sad hope they fix it soon

balloon pop crashes me every time.

The only crashes I get are the balloon pop game, and it only seems to crash if I join after it already started
