There're some alternative options players can choose like roaming around for other rivers, ponds or just switch server.
Sadly, because of these iditiotic design choices or bugs, I lost my interest in the game and developed a certain dislike
First, fish them up. Then, run far away from them. When you come back, the fish circles will be visible again.
You can see this in action in Bahari bay by fishing from the pond in front of Hodari's, then running over to the pond in Hidaway Bluffs and back again. All the circles you fished up will be back.
This works everywhere in the game.
P.S. Of course the circles despawn about 5 minutes after you fished from them the first time. You'll have to wait for them to respawn again when this happens, but the technique above gives you several more attempts at them before they are gone gone.
