Bahari River and Pond Shiny Fishing Zone Bad Design/Bug
When I try to fish from Bahari Rivers or a pond, shiny fishing zone does not respawn for long time. There was no problem with Klima area or with the caves. However, rivers do not respawn these zones properly and makes catching shiny epic fishes from the river (it is already hard without this problem).

It happens.
There're some alternative options players can choose like roaming around for other rivers, ponds or just switch server.

I get the same issue, the last fish I need is Bahari river and it's a real pain. Like the fish where you have 3 hour window. Sure it is "just" rare, but you get to try 4 fish in a 3 hour window. Ridiculous.

If you're fishing for a quest item or something for a NPC, you should be able to just cast your rod into any body of water.. the spots of school activity shown on the surface of the water indicates a star quality catch.. if you don't need star quality, you don't need a school of fish spot..

Sadly, switching server is another problem, since I have to fast travel and most of the times it sends me to the same server.
Sadly, because of these iditiotic design choices or bugs, I lost my interest in the game and developed a certain dislike

Definitely more design than bug. There's only 1 cave area, so both the shiny spots have to respawn there. But there's multiple river areas, so the shiny spots can respawn in any of them, forcing you to run up and down the river to find them.

I am doubtful if it is a choice, since there is no problem like that at Bahari Coast. However, as you said it can be a poor design choice.

Yeah, catching last fish from Bahari rivers was pain. You need to constantly move around and then it refreshes, though it still took around 3 rl days for me to catch that last bastard

The pond in Zeki's underground is also considered a cave (if I remember correctly)

Zeki's underground pond provides the same fish as the cave.

There's a bug with the fish circles.

First, fish them up. Then, run far away from them. When you come back, the fish circles will be visible again.

You can see this in action in Bahari bay by fishing from the pond in front of Hodari's, then running over to the pond in Hidaway Bluffs and back again. All the circles you fished up will be back.

This works everywhere in the game.

P.S. Of course the circles despawn about 5 minutes after you fished from them the first time. You'll have to wait for them to respawn again when this happens, but the technique above gives you several more attempts at them before they are gone gone.

You're talking about the Dawnray. It took me 5 days to catch that pain. My last fish too. I finally switched from the rivers in the middle of Bahari to the Flooded Fortress. I caught 4 in the 3hr window. I also noticed the other fish I caught were different from previous days. I wondered if there was a glitch when I tried before. It's possible.
