Unable To Cook

I am unable to cook. It does not recognize the vegetables that I have in my inventory. It started with wheat and then a few days later it is all the vegetables. I love the gardening and cooking aspect of the game, please help.

If you're trying to use star ingredients you have to click the little checkbox that says "Use star ingredients".

I have a mixing table but I can't make it because it needs another mixing table which I can't find ..... it has a stirrer symbol .

you can search for it at your crafting station, should otherwise be under the "crafter" tab

Thanks for your replies. My kitchen is fully stocked. It has 2 of everything and a additional chopping. At this point I don't use star ingredients. I have one quest where I need to drop off a blueberry pie. It did not specify starred. On the other recipes I made both just to see if making starred made a difference. It did not. The day I got the blueberry quest was the first day of the problem with wheat. About 4 days went by now it does not recognize any vegetable at all.

Excuse my newbiness, but why do you need 2 and 3 of kitchen crafters? We can only use them one at a time, unless I'm missing something.

we can have players over for cooking parties and earn diff rewards for partying up, also benefits of teaching recipes you may not have, but someone else you can cook with can give to you by sharing a cooking session. every one gets the same amount of foods and exp for it with only the req amount of ingredients used. so a few people can be at chopping and mixing stations at the same time. and some times you will have both ovens at same time for a recipe you need to beat a timer on you need to use all tools effectively.

someone else replied to you but i just wanted to add that certain recipes also need 2/3 of the same station.

for example, i make macaroons with my left over sweet leaf, and you start the recipe at the mixer but you need another mixer station to actually mix the leaf, since you can't technically mix it where you started the recipe. another one that i cant think of right now uses two stoves, and you start it on the stove in a pot and then use another stove to cook something else. then run back and "add" what you just cooked on the other pot to the recipe.

i really hope this makes sense, cooking is easier and in my opinion so much more fun when you get used to it and you have all the stations you need!
