change caractersname not possible?

Can somebody please tell me how I change the name of my caracter. I cannot find this anywhere

You can go to their website support and submit a name change request.
They will do one name change once every six months.

You'd think with how many people need to request name changes they would have changed the wording or explained it better by now.
