Client outdated error - WHEN IS SINGULARITY LOOKING AT THIS???

Does anyone have any info on when client outdated error will be looked at? I've been unable to get into the game since the past 4hrs. My friend has had the same issue and hasn't been able to access the game coming up on 12hrs.

We've tried the below to no avail:
- Troubleshooting steps provided by Palia support posted on Discord
- Verify integrity of the game
- Full reinstall
- Install Palia Launcher instead of Steam
- Numerous restarts of PC, game etc

I can see Singularity are currently working on port issues but no mention of users that are unable to get into the game at all and there are numerous of us. We haven't heard back on any support tickets. Whats going on?

I was unable to access Bahari Bay for about 3 hours night before last, but have had no problems on Steam, Nintendo Switch, or the Palia launcher since then.

You are not alone though. Several people still are having issues.

Same here can't get past the character select screen and have tried everything you listed as well with no luck.

It's the same for me. I've tried to reinstall and download the launcher, restarted my pc but nothing is working :(

So this is what I got after getting to 96% downloading the Palia Launcher ...

OK, so I managed to at least finish downloading the game via Palia Launcher but ... what a waste of time that was ... issue is still the same, i.e. client outdated error message is still there. Really don't think there's anything we can do our end and will just have to cross our fingers for S6 to come to the party.
