Report a translation problem
I can check for you in a bit. I'll be on soon, but I do think that this issue is significant enough that a fix would be published in the "news" section for this game. I'll edit this post if it's fixed for me at least.

I still have the problem.
So basically, just to make sure we have the same issue, the quest is telling me to talk to her by the tent near the ruins, but the quest indicator is at the bundles wall.
However talking to her at the tent near the ruins is just a normal conversation and going to where the quest indicators wants me, doesn't start any mission nor are there any characters inside.
This worked for me too! I did that and went back to the Night Sky Temple (where the bundles are) and Jina was there and I was able to progress the quest! <3
