We had the same issue - with greens. This happened with the Crab stir fry too - seems any recipe that uses greens, is broken.

Yes greens and ginger isn't working and doesn't show in the list of chopping ingredients

It's a known bug that affects all recipes that use the Prep Station with either of Bok Choy, Cabbage, Wild Onion, Wild Ginger. There's no workaround, we'll have to wait for the devs to fix it,
