All recipes require to flip the pan do not work.

Several quests require to cook certain food, but those dishes can not be done because it requires to flip the pan and it's there where you get stuck,

yea same - no issues with the pan flipping

I had issues with it yesterday, some reason it acted as if I was lagging when flipping so couldn't finish it but before it was fine, I did nothing different, think it is a bug my community told me

You hold the left mouse button down until the circle gets inside the release area and then release the button. You don't just press the mouse button.
