The "create an account" option does nothing?

I don't have an account, so I try to create one by clicking the words beside the log-in button, but it does...nothing. Is anyone else having that problem?

if u just want to play palia with your steam account then skip that step and use the other option that way u wont have to login everytime u play palia on steam... unless you want to play palia with stand-alone launcher or other version someday.

if you tell Palia to SKIP account creation, then palia is going to create one account linked to your steam account ok? thats the easiest fastest way to play palia on steam cuz u wont have to login next time.

if you tell palia you want to create an account well then you need to follow the steps ingame to create the account, i tried to do this 1st time and it was buggy so i just skipped this option and decided to use the other one and then i was sent to character creation screen, i made my toon and tadaa i was playing few min later.

Actually, I just noticed a minute ago that there were many many new tabs that opened in the browser had left in full screen.

having same problem then when i press skip just takes me to put my email says error and kicks me back to sign in or skip

Having same issues. I don't wish to make an account, but everytime i click on the continue without nothing happens.

I didn't have to make an account(you can't link after you've made a character), but I was worried I wouldn't be able to join my friends from Discord, so I made the account solely for playing on Steam(I heard stuff about linking with Twitch for items, but I'm not interested in that. The base game is enough.)
