Looking for a Game Like Palia, But Without Missions?

I've been really enjoying Palia for its beautiful world and relaxing gameplay. However, I'm not a big fan of the missions and having to talk to various characters to unlock items. I just want to focus on things like fishing, planting, and taking care of my house without worrying about quests.

Does anyone know of a game similar to Palia, but where I can just relax, survive, and enjoy the activities without the need to complete missions? Ideally, a game where all items are unlocked from the start, so I can just dive into the gameplay I love.

The world in Palia is huge, and I often get confused about who is who, so something simpler would be great. Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

Sims 4 with Cottage Living and the Brazen Lotus mods maybe? Staxel or Harvest Moon Magical Melody could be an option too since you can ignore the quests and still get everything.

Depends on how tolerant you are of survival mechanics and combat. I'd suggest looking into any of the survival games that are out there and find ones that allow you to change the difficulty to what you want. Some of them even have a creative mode where you just build what you want without having to harvest resources.

There aren't really any that are similar to Palia, but you might find one that's close enough.

An example of a game would be The Planet Crafter, though it shares very little with Palia. It's just to give you an idea of what's out there.

Another example would be Ark Survival with your character set to be invulnerable and your strength high enough to kill anything in one hit. The dinos will still attack you, but they won't be able to kill you. I suggest looking into Ark because it's less on the mature side than other survival games, but there are better games out there if you don't mind mature content.

If you don't mind blocky terrain, there's always Minecraft set to Peaceful mode.

Anything too similar to Palia will have villagers and quests and unlocks, etc etc. Unfortunately, people can't just point at a game and say "this is the one you'll love", so you'll have to do your own research into which game you want to play.

Tip: With Steam's refund policy, you can try out some games for an hour and see if it's something you like. Also check for games that have demos.
