Fishing for Answers help

I have fished up all the bottles and read them for this quest, and can tell that you need to get to the top of the lighthouse. However, I am unable to climb the first set of vines once you start going up the stairs inside. Is it a glitch, or am I supposed to go somewhere else?

The vines and a lot of things are broken this patch, don't bother. Wait until next patch and hope they fix it.

you don't need to go to the top of the lighthouse, but yea those vines are broken. you go to the bluff next to the lighthouse, it's a bit north of it? there's a big tree lol

the inside climbing stuff was for a previous scavenger hunt, you want outside upper ledge beside the lighthouse.
