"Invisible" Jina

My new quest (Field School) says "Talk to Jina at your housing plot."; problem is, I can't see Jina there. The map says she's there, just under my feet (or maybe above my head, in Heaven?), but I cannot see her, nor I can get an "F" spot available anywhere. How am I supposed to talk to her? Any idea? (exiting game and getting back later doesn't work either)

maybe you need to write a ticket to the support and wait few days for an answer.

Yes, I did. I suppose she's about to give me a task of the three anticipated, but how am I supposed to know which one, if I'm not able to talk with her?
I suppose I really have to open that ticket after all :(

always more effective to write the ticket for a bug than to expect steam community to be a great deal of help. sometimes it can, others, the bug needs the team to address it. this is one of those times and not just a video setting glitch.
